Social Enterprises are a vital part of life in the Highlands, they operate by selling goods and/or services, the surplus from which they invest in the organisation or local community.
Along with support from Skye and Lochalhs CVO there are a number of specialist support organisations for Social Enterprise operations.

Business Gateway provide support to all types of business. They offer a wide range of free practical advice and support on how to start up and develop a business including on-line resources, 1:1 local advice and training.
