As a direct result of attending last years Funding & Information Fayre in Kyleakin and in particular a one-to-one surgery with Fraser Falconer from BBC Children in Need, Skye & Lochalsh Young Carers have recently been awarded 3 year funding totalling £36, 742.  This BBC Children in Need grant (roughly £12,000 a year) will help fund much needed respite activities, covering transport costs and a % towards salary costs
