In March last year, Lloyds TSB Foundation for Scotland mounted a legal challenge against the Group's re-interpretation of their covenant.

The Supreme Court Hearing has now been set for 27th and 28th November 2012, and it is likely to be two to three months after this that a ruling will be given.

Until this matter is resolved, Lloyds TSB Foundation for Scotland is limited in what they can give by way of grants to Scotland’s charities, however they are continuing with their grants programme and funding surgeries.
